Going to the Zoo By Amalie

   The day I went to the zoo I was up and getting ready early in the morning and trying to look for my raincoat...
Hooray!
"I found my raincoat mum" I yelled out.
"Good cause we are going now" she shouted back.
   When we picked my cousins up they said they were as freezing as a polar bear with no fur
in Antarctica .
    When we were at the zoo I saw a photo of a terrible tiger that was roaring with its mouth wide open.
First we went to the kiwi and tuatara house which was very dark, so dark that a man came up to me, tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if I were John  .  I said "no".   It was even more embarrassing when my cousins started laughing at me.
      Once we had done there it started raining so we had to go home. I wished we got to go to the zoo another day when its not raining.
